How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. We print everything in the U.S., and standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. If you’re in a rush, we recommend upgrading to priority shipping at checkout!
Can I personalize my shirt or item?
Absolutely! All of our bachelorette shirts, can coolers, and party accessories come with a personalization option. Just enter your text (name, location, date, etc.) in the customization fields on the product page before checkout. If you can't find a product on our website you wil be able to find it on our Etsy Store.
Do I get a proof or design preview?
You can choose to receive a mockup for approval from the product page, just tick the box in the customization section. We’ll email you a digital proof for approval to the same email you ordered with. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox so we can ship your order quickly. If we don't hear back from you within 72 hours we will assume it is approved and ship it.
Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
We love big bridal parties! Most of our shirts and items can have volume discounts. If you're ordering for a group of 10+, feel free to email us at hello@relatee.com and we’ll help you out.
What happens if I need to make a change to my order?
If your order hasn’t gone to print yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate edits. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change.
Where do you ship?
We ship to US, CA, UK, EU, and AU.
US: We offer free shipping on all US orders, and have fast US shipping, most orders delivered within 5-10 Days.
International (CA, UK, EU, AU): We ship to these regions at a fixed price. Most shipments are delivered within 10-20 Days, on some occasions we can use production partners in the region you ordered from to ship your order. This brings the average delivery time to 5-7 days.
