Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for customer errors (like typos or size mistakes), so we always recommend double checking your order details before placing it. This is because each item is made just for you, and we are unable to resell your item.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We stand behind our work. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or the design isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it. We will send a replacement or a give you a full 100% refund.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
